Whether you will find value in this stuff pack depends entirely on whether you need fairy, ninja, witch or pirate costumes, or spooky-themed furniture in your game. Ghost Sims can wear pumpkins on their head if they so desire. Masterpiece quality carved pumpkins actually have emotional auras.
These will last a few days unless preserved, and can have candles lit inside them. The new gameplay object is the pumpkin carving station, which lets Sims of all ages (except babies) carve pumpkins into a variety of designs and colours, based on their handiness skill. Finally, there are a few new Halloween-themed cooking recipes, like cheese eyeballs. There are also several new wall and floor styles so you can build a haunted house or just dress up your Sims’ house for a spooky party. There’s a new lounge set and some tables, all draped in tattered sheets, which can be customised with ghostly faces or left plain for the haunted mansion look. There’s a candy bowl that may give your Sims a scare when they grab a sweet, and haunted paintings that change from time to time, as well as numerous other decorative objects, from tombstones to spiderwebs. In addition to these new items of clothing, there is a host of new furniture included in Spooky Stuff. Not all costumes are available to all genders and ages, but each group gets a nice selection. Several new face paints, hats, shoes and accessories are included to complement these costumes. The pack also adds several new costumes to the mix, including pirates, ninjas, princesses, fairies, witches and zombies.
What us in the sims 4 spooky stuff pack free#
There is quite a range of costumes to choose from, from the free Star Wars ones, to the clown costume included with the base game, to several profession-related costumes like maids or villains. The spooky party has a distinct advantage over the normal costume party: you can click on your Sims and choose what costume they wear at the party. The party objectives are all clear and pretty easy to achieve, and a gold medal unlocks a new costume. The new party type is a spooky party, which is similar to the existing costume party in that all your guests show up in costume and can talk to other guests about costume-related topics. The stuff pack includes a new party type, new songs for the spooky radio station, building objects, clothing, and new gameplay objects. Fortunately, Spooky Stuff does include things for Sims of all ages to do. One of the things I complain about with each pack for Sims 4 is the lack of activities and content for children. But will this DLC be enough to tide fans over until the expansion pack next month? Like previous Sims 4 stuff packs, this one has a very specific focus.
